1. Wels catfish 

This large catfish is found in freshwater habitats in Europe and Asia. It can grow up to 10 feet long and weigh over 600 pounds. Wels catfish are opportunistic predators that will eat a variety of prey, including fish, frogs, turtles, and birds.

2. Musky 

This large freshwater fish is found in North America. It can grow up to 5 feet long and weigh over 70 pounds. Muskies are ambush predators that lie in wait for their prey to swim by. They have a powerful jaw and sharp teeth that can easily kill birds.

3. African tigerfish 

This large predatory fish is found in freshwater habitats in Africa. It can grow up to 6 feet long and weigh over 100 pounds. African tigerfish are known for their aggressive behavior and razor-sharp teeth.

4. Giant trevally 

This large predatory fish is found in tropical and subtropical waters around the world. It can grow up to 8 feet long and weigh over 200 pounds. Giant trevallies are known for their incredible jumping ability.

5. Piranhas 

While piranhas are more commonly associated with scavenging and hunting smaller aquatic prey, there have been reports of them attacking and consuming birds that land on or near the water.
