Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) 

This pose helps to improve circulation and reduce fluid retention in the face. To do this pose, lie on your back with your legs extended in the air.

Halasana (Plough Pose) 

This pose is similar to Sarvangasana, but your toes touch the ground behind your head. This pose helps to stretch the neck and shoulders, which can improve circulation to the face.

Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 

This pose helps to stretch the chest and neck, which can improve circulation to the face. To do this pose, lie on your back with your arms at your sides.

Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) 

This pose helps to stretch the sides of the body, which can improve circulation to the face. To do this pose, stand with your feet wide apart.

Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I Pose) 

This pose helps to strengthen the legs and improve circulation to the body. To do this pose, stand with your feet wide apart. Turn your right foot out 90 degrees and your left foot in slightly.

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose)

This pose helps to stretch the chest and neck, which can improve circulation to the face. To do this pose, lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground.

Savasana (Corpse Pose) 

This pose helps to relax the body and mind. To do this pose, lie on your back with your legs extended and your arms at your sides. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Hold the pose for 5-10 minutes.
