South Africa set the record for the highest team score in World Cup history in their match against Sri Lanka. The Proteas batsmen were in fine form, with Quinton de Kock, Rassie van der Dussen, and Aiden Markram all scoring centuries. Markram also broke the record for the fastest century in World Cup history.

Australia - 399/8 against Netherlands

Australia reminded everyone of their potential with a massive innings against Netherlands. Glenn Maxwell smashed the fastest century of World Cup history in just 40 balls, while David Warner continued his brilliant form with a score of 104.

South Africa secured another high-scoring finish against defending champions England, thanks to a brilliant century from Heinrich Klaasen in just 61 balls. Reeza Hendricks and Marco Jansen also played crucial innings to help South Africa reach a total of 399 runs.

Australia holds the record for the second-highest team score in World Cup history, which they achieved in their match against Afghanistan in the 2015 World Cup. The Aussies were in complete control from the start, and they eventually reached a total of 417 runs for the loss of just six wickets.

India - 413/5 against Bermuda

India holds the record for the third-highest team score in World Cup history, which they achieved in their match against Bermuda in the 2007 World Cup. The Men in Blue were in dominant form, and they eventually reached a total of 413 runs for the loss of just five wickets.
