The K-4 is a nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine (SSBN) that is capable of carrying 12 K-15 ballistic missiles, each of which can carry a nuclear warhead. The K-4 is one of the most advanced SSBNs in the world, and is extremely difficult to detect and track.
