Eat a healthy diet. 

Eating nutritious foods gives you the energy you need to power through your workday. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive caffeine. Instead, focus on eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein.

Get regular exercise.  

Exercise is essential for physical and mental health. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. You can break this up into shorter sessions throughout the day, or do a longer workout once or twice a week.

Most adults need 7-8 hours of sleep per night. When you're well-rested, you're better able to focus, concentrate, and make decisions.

Take breaks throughout the day. 

It's important to get up and move around every 20-30 minutes to avoid fatigue and eye strain. Take a short walk, stretch, or step outside for some fresh air.

Set boundaries between work and personal life.  

It can be difficult to disconnect from work, especially in today's digital world. However, it's important to set aside time for yourself and your loved ones. Try to avoid checking work emails or taking work calls outside of work hours.

If possible, try to create a work schedule that allows you to have some flexibility. This may involve working from home one or two days a week, or taking a longer lunch break so you can go for a walk or run.
